Arnaud is happy to answer any questions you may have about this iconic Mediterranean tree. Following the tour, Françoise, Arnaud's wife, will lead a tasting of various olive products. You'll sample extra virgin olive oil, tapenades, spreads, and a selection of olives including green Lucques, Picholine, and black Amellau, as well as unique jams like watermelon or quince. Françoise, an expert in olive product tasting, will guide you on properly tasting olive oil and olives, providing an informative and delicious experience.
