Here is what's in store for you
The experience starts at 2:25 PM in front of the Cité du Vin, where the guide welcomes participants and presents the day's program. At 2:30 PM, the excursion departs for Pomerol with a visit to a prestigious biodynamic-certified estate. The guide explains the vineyard's cultivation methods and the main stages of winemaking. The visit includes a tour of the vat room and barrel cellar, followed by a tasting of three red wines.
The journey continues with a visit to a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé estate. After an introduction to the château's history and characteristics, participants enjoy a tasting of four red wines, comparing the influence of climate on different vintages.
A short tour of the medieval village of Saint-Émilion follows, where the guide shares insights into its rich history. Visitors can also sample the famous macarons of Saint-Émilion and capture stunning views from breathtaking vantage points.
