"HalloWINE" Wine-Tasting at Natiia

Let yourself be enveloped by the magic of autumn and guided on a special journey to discover our wines. In Natiia’s charming tasting area, our staff will introduce you to the company’s philosophy and values: a story of an authentic connection to the land and a constant commitment to organic and sustainable farming.
As Halloween approaches, our tasting takes on the warm colours of the season and celebrates the undisputed queen of our organic vegetable garden: the pumpkin.
During the HalloWINE experience, you will taste three Villa Bottona wines from our cellar: two whites and a rosé. Each wine is paired with one of three pumpkin-based tapas:
- cheeses with pumpkin mostarda, where savoury flavours meet sweet and spicy notes;
- a warm pumpkin dish that brings out its soft, rounded flavour;
- a sweet-and-sour bite that plays on the balance between sweet and tangy notes.
Which wine goes with which tapa is revealed at the table, as the pairings follow the dishes of the day. A perfect interplay of flavours, aromas and textures, designed to help you discover the very best our region has to offer through a unique, seasonal pairing.
