Learn the secrets of preparing handmade tagliatelle at Azienda Agricola Pandolfa and enjoy the fruit of your work over lunch, accompanied by delicious wine.

During this cooking experience, you will be guided by Chef Isabella and learn how to roll fresh pasta dough using a rolling pin. Cooking in Emilia Romagna means one thing: fresh pasta. In homes, women still carry on this tradition of kneading and rolling pasta by hand. Immerse yourself in a journey into the domestic dimension of Romagna, accompanied and followed by Isabella's stories and practical advice.

In this "from the field to the table" experience, you will have the opportunity to discover the excellence of this territory, harvest seasonal products in the garden, and learn the secrets of how to prepare traditional tagliatelle all'uso di Romagna with your own hands, all enriched by valuable cultural insights and curiosities about cooking.

The class will culminate with a delicious lunch or dinner to enjoy the tagliatelle prepared together, an appetizer, a dessert, and two organic, territorial Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa wines of Azienda Agricola Pandolfa's production to match. The class and lunch will be held in the Salons of Noelia's House, a beautiful and historic 18th-century Villa, one of a kind.

La visita alla cantina e alla villa sono state molto interessanti.
Ottimo e molto abbondante il pranzo servito in una delle sale della villa, al quale sono stati accompagnati i calici della degustazione.
Fabio è stato disponibile, cordiale e attento.
Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza; a causa di un malfunzionamento della jeep non abbiamo potuto fare il giro della tenuta ma sicuramente sarebbe stato un valore aggiunto.
