The owners of Azienda Agricola Pandolfa invite you to discover the story of their land, their family, and how they live in this unique place today.
By jeep or tractor-drawn cart, you will visit Azienda Agricola Pandolfa's vineyards passing by mule tracks and small roads immersed in nature, among fruit trees and ancient woods. At the top of the hill, you will be able to stop and admire the little-known panorama of the Rabbi Valley, enclosed in an embrace between the Apennines and the sea, the Calanchi, and the Rocca delle Camminate.
Together you will also visit the production cellar, and walk through the ancient Tunnel that now houses the cooperage, the Noelia Ricci Archives, and the Historical Archives of the Zoli family of Predappio. Through the Tunnel, you will reach the marvelous Villa, built in 1731 by the Marchesi Albicini, with 100 windows and a thousand legends, which has hosted artists, poets, and condottieri, and has maintained its splendor intact.
After a short visit to the most beautiful Saloni, inside the Sala del Camino, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a tasting of 4 of Noelia Ricci and Pandolfa wines, organic, territorial and elegant, accompanied by local delicacies, such as Romagna crostini, stuffed piadina and seasonal vegetables, prepared with typical local products and of their own production, followed by a delicious plate of homemade tagliatelle.

Bellissima esperienza
Ottimo e molto abbondante il pranzo servito in una delle sale della villa, al quale sono stati accompagnati i calici della degustazione.
Fabio è stato disponibile, cordiale e attento.
Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza; a causa di un malfunzionamento della jeep non abbiamo potuto fare il giro della tenuta ma sicuramente sarebbe stato un valore aggiunto.
