Equipped with a fully-fledged cookery school, with no less than 6 cooking stations, you can spend a day at the estate learning the dishes, recipes and tricks of the typical cuisine of the Sagrantino area, revisited by the Contessa herself.
To finish, lunch with the dishes prepared during the course and a pairing of wines from the estate.
