The wine experience "In the Shade of the Vineyards" of the Dal Maso winery includes a tour of the winery, from the production area to the evocative underground level of the barrique cellar, followed by a visit to the Garganega vineyard that surrounds the winery. To conclude, you'll enjoy a tasting of 5 wines paired with local salumi and cheeses inside the cozy tasting room overlooking the hills of Gambellara.
Dal Maso has always offered a wide selection of wines and particularly exalts the indigenous grape varieties of the territory. With this wine tasting, you will have the opportunity to taste all 3 indigenous varieties from our 3 different production areas. After an elegant and bubbly Durello Lessini DOC, you will taste a still white Garganega, the most representative of the Gambellara DOC area, followed by several versions of Tai Rosso dei Colli Berici DOC, and to conclude a structured Merlot Riserva aged in barrique.
The "In the Shade of the Vineyards" experience at Dal Maso requires optimal weather conditions. In case of bad weather, the explanation of the vineyard will be done from the windows of the tasting room overlooking the vineyard.
