Learn about the wine production and the tasting techniques, how to serve a wine and pair it gorgeously with food. You will admire our vineyard and visit the production area, where the fermentation process takes place, the aging cellar with its big Slavonia oak casks and the rovere barriques, the bottles maturation area. Furthermore, you will learn about cork and oxidation taints in wine, and taste some faulted wines so to avoid from now on bad bottles at the restaurant: you will be the most skilled one!
