Euganean Hills Wine Tour with Tastings at Two Wineries from Venice

This tour takes you from Venice to the Euganean Hills with everything organised: train tickets from Venice to Terme Euganee station are included, where our minivan meets you and brings you back at the end, with a friendly tour leader throughout.

You visit two family-run wineries, explore their vineyards and production areas and hear their stories from the owners. Each visit ends with a guided tasting of at least 4 wines, and at one of the two wineries the wines are paired with local cured meats and cheeses.

The volcanic soils and mild climate of the hills allow many grape varieties to grow: Serprino, the local “volcanic” version of Prosecco, Pinot Bianco, Garganega, Chardonnay and Manzoni Bianco among the whites, and Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carmènere among the reds. The Euganean Hills are a UNESCO biosphere reserve, and the small groups keep the atmosphere relaxed and personal.
