At Ô Chateau, a sommelier will welcome you to a two-hour masterclass designed as a comprehensive introduction to French wine. In a private tasting space at the Parisian wine bar, you'll take a journey through the country's most iconic regions, from Bordeaux to the Loire and Rhône Valleys. The session focuses on understanding what makes each area's wines unique, giving you the tools to better choose and enjoy them in the future.
The tasting features six carefully selected wines that represent a cross-section of French production: one Champagne, two white wines, two red wines, and one orange wine.
To accompany the tasting, you can add an optional platter of artisanal cheese, charcuterie, or a mix of both. The selection includes cheeses like Comté, Cantal, and Brie de Meaux, and charcuterie such as Duroc-style ham, beef Cecina, and cooked ham.
