Cantina Ninni si trova all’interno della zone DOC del trebbiano Spoletino e dei Monti Martani ad un altitudine di 350 metri slm. Il terreno in prevalenza argilloso con substrati di marna, quindi ricco di minerali, il vigneto interamente soleggiato per l’intera giornata e la leggera brezza sempre presente, favoriscono la maturazione delle uve in modo speciale.

The soil of the vineyard is completely grassed over naturally, no weeding is carried out at the base of the vines, it is never fertilised and the vines are only helped during the vegetative phase with natural products based on seaweed extract. All treatments in the vineyard are free from the use of systemic products, and only products permitted in organic farming are used. The choice of a limited production per vine (dating back 35 years), helps to maintain them over time by favouring the ripening of the fruit and limiting production stress.
