The attention to detail continues even in the cellar, where the respect for tradition is accompanied by the most modern oenological techniques--from the vinification of skins in wooden vats to those in stainless steel, by electronically controlled fermentation, to a systematic process for optimally stacking of barrels. Rest and tranquility contribute to building the character of a fine wine. Each Marramiero wine follows its own path. Aging is dictated by nature, whether it takes place in steel or wood. Our casks are constructed with respect to the natural grain of the wood so as to guarantee a better seal and are made of the highest quality oak ensuring our wines achieve optimal evolution before they arrive at their final refinement in bottle.
