Together with our farmers we have created a culture centred on more balanced production and environmentally friendly. Selected clones with weak power production, rational use of irrigation, reduction of fertilization, strict limitation of the use of fungicides associated with continuous controls and grape analysis guarantee respect for the environment and a higher salubrity to the product. The policy followed in the Vineyard is following in the cellar where the use of synthesis products is minimized. The sulfur is used moderately and well below the permitted limits enough to define our genuine products.
