The Celler Pasanau, located in La Morera de Montsant (Tarragona), was established in 1995. It is part of the A.O.C. (Denominació d’Origen Qualificada) Priorat, one of Spain’s top quality grape and winegrowing areas, which was first recognized as a D.O. (A.O.) in 1932, and was granted the D.O.Ca status in 2000.

Our great-grandparents started working the vineyards many years ago.

Generation after generation we continued to make our wine, until 1995 when Joan Pasanau and his three sons Joan, Albert and Ricard founded the current company under the name Celler Pasanau.

At Celler Pasanau, a small family winery, our commitment lies in crafting wines with unique personalities that reflect the distinct character of our vineyards. Embracing the Llicorella and sandstone soils derived from the Sierra de Montsant's conglomerate mother rocks, we aim for each of our wines to be an authentic expression of its terroir. With unwavering passion, we invite you to savor the captivating tales of our vineyard's essence in every bottle.
