We are a family winery dedicated to the production of wines and wine tourism experiences that produce around 10,000 bottles, located in Catalonia, specifically in the town of Puigpelat (Tarragona). We are part of the Cellers Singulars Association of the DO Tarragona and the Vinya, Celler, Masia collective.
If you decide to come visit us, you can also enjoy our wines and the activities we have prepared for you. The one that stands out the most without a doubt is our EscapeRoom, The Secrets of the Old Winery, an activity that will test your ingenuity and skills to solve mysteries. You dare?
Our wines:
- Pont Fosc: Single-varietal Macabeo wine from an old vineyard estate in a clay-calcareous area. Light golden color. Scent of elegant dried wild flowers and a soft toasted finish typical of the chestnut barrel. Dry and light in the mouth with a saline finish that gives it freshness and surprises the capacity for evolution of the variety so extensive in the Alt Camp area.
- Identitas: Monovarietal wine from Subirat Parent from the Malvasíes family. Light and shiny golden color. Very expressive, elegant and sophisticated scents that are reminiscent of the aromatic plants of the area and the orange blossom. Dry and unctuous in the mouth with a final memory of honey and an acidity that will allow a long evolution. This complex result is thanks to the time in the chestnut barrel that integrates the tannins in a complex way and all the elements together.
- Sebastià: Single-varietal Merlot wine. Ruby color with violet hues. Very expressive, elegant and sophisticated scents that recall ripe red fruits along with spices such as vanilla, a powerful aroma of licorice and toasted aromas. In the mouth it is dry and unctuous and leaves balsamic nuances. It can evolve for a long time in the bottle.
- Blanch Subirat Brut Nature: Intense primary scents, which are identified with white fruit and flowers and which last a long time in the mouth. Soft and bright golden color with very integrated bubbles that give a delicate palate. Good body and a clear reminder of the native variety of Subirat Parent.
