Fattoria Le Terrazze

Fattoria Le Terrazze is a historic winery located on the foothills of Monte Conero, in Numana, with origins dating back to 1882. Since the late 19th century, the Terni family has been cultivating vineyards in this area, recognizing its exceptional suitability for growing Montepulciano grapes.

Today, under the guidance of Antonio and Georgina Terni, and with the support of renowned winemaker Federico Curtaz, the estate continues its tradition with a modern and quality-driven approach. The winery spans approximately 16 hectares of vineyards, producing around 90,000 bottles per year, all from hand-harvested grapes. Deeply rooted in its territory, Fattoria Le Terrazze combines heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation, maintaining a strong connection to the Conero landscape.

The wines of Fattoria Le Terrazze are a refined expression of the Conero terroir, where Montepulciano thrives and gives life to structured, elegant red wines. The flagship labels are Rosso Conero DOC and Sassi Neri Conero Riserva DOCG, which represent the winery’s most iconic expressions of the region.

The portfolio is complemented by Chaos IGT Marche, a blend of Montepulciano, Syrah, and Merlot, offering complexity and international appeal, as well as Le Cave Chardonnay, the fresh rosé Pinkfluid, and the traditional method sparkling wine Donna Giulia, produced from Montepulciano grapes.

In addition to wine, the estate also produces a high-quality extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino varieties, further reflecting the richness and diversity of the land.
