Cultivating an honest passion for wine and combining it with a business activity may not be new or original, but when Carlo Novarese began his career in the field, he was motivated by intense creativity and burning ambition. His desire was to return to his roots and begin living close to the soil. He had a dream, nurtured over the years, about leading an important industrial group. This could only become a reality by rediscovering the values and methods learned when he was young, and which brought him great international success - hard work, a solid, efficient organisation, careful, skilfully-targeted investments, and above all, an instinctive passion for the challenge. The 150 year-old farmhouse is immersed in a deep stillness, and the verdant olive trees and fragrant vineyards are filled with magic. Framing this magnificent structure is the wonderful landscape, with unforgettable views stretching from Rignana in San Donato to Tavarnelle.
