The farm had existed for centuries, there are countless stories that tell of its life, but in the ’50s has been inherited by the grandfather, and has since developed the cultivation and management of vineyards and olive trees, which was entrusted to several farmers Sanpolesi of trust, maintained that up to ’99 , grapes and olive oil in return. In that year began the rebirth of the farm, with the reconquest of the roads, fields and reclamation of all areas of the wood and the stain had their own, are back with their pets and the valuable manure, we begun to rediscover and restore spaces, tools, equipment and facilities. Since 2005 there has been conversion to organic production, the development plan for the construction of a new winery and the restoration of the old hall for the aging, the new water system, the purchase of machinery and equipment, restructuring of the corporate center and much more. In 2006 we made our first wines of the highest quality, thanks to the fortunate friendship with David Picci, an agronomist and soil specialist in viticulture, which operates internationally with one of the most famous French wine-making schools.
