Kusadasi Wine Tasting Tour from Port with 2 Wineries

Meet your guide at Kusadasi Port, and take a 1.5-hour drive to Teos Ancient City. Along the way, your guide will share brief information about Turkish wine. The earliest settlements in the city date back to 1000 BC. It is also home to the Temple of Dionysos, dedicated to the Greek god of wine, Dionysos, son of Zeus and an important figure in mythology. 

Arrive at your first wine stop, MMG Winery, for a tasting experience, including a selection of four blends. All of the grape varieties of the winery are “night harvested,” which protects the aroma and delays the fermentation before grinding. 

You'll continue to your second wine stop, Ayda Winery, where you can relax in the scenic vineyard views surrounded by high mountains. Here, you will first experience a guided tasting of six different blends, paired with a cheese platter. The wines produced here are made from Sauvignon Blanc and Narince for whites, and Cabernet Sauvignon, Foca Karasi, Petit Verdot, Merlot, and Syrah for reds. The tasting will be presented by a local winemaker, who will share insights about the winemaking process. Before late lunch, you will visit the vineyard and winery.

Finally, enjoy lunch with a wine-pairing menu. Following lunch, you will return to the port.
