During this cooking class, as the name suggests, you will discover the secrets of Calabrian regional cooking.

In the midst of a picturesque farmhouse near Tropea, you will prepare a full menu consisting of various appetizers, first courses, and main courses in a charming outdoor kitchen. A chef and food and wine expert will share with you lots of practical insider tips so that you can recreate authentic regional dishes perfectly at home.
To prepare the typical regional recipes, you will use fresh, organically grown ingredients. Many of them also grow in the farmhouse garden.

Finally, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a delicious Italian lunch or dinner paired with local wines in a breathtaking sunset atmosphere.
