From the Metodo Classico forged from Etna to the Top wines that are born in the 7 Firriato estates, this experience at Baglio Sorìa is designed for all those who share a passion for wine and want to treat themselves to a unique, different experience.

This innovative format combines a guided tasting of a selection of four Firriato wines and a Light Lunch. The spirit of this proposal is focused on revisiting some traditional Sicilian dishes, made with raw materials selected by Executive Chef Andrea Macca strictly at Km 0. A marriage of food and wine to enhance their ancient bond and the art of conviviality.

The experience begins with a tour of the vineyards of the Baglio Sorìa estate. The tour is followed by the Light Lunch, which includes a two-course set menu (appetizer and main course) and a dessert (other beverages excluded).

Proposed Menu:
Selection of wines at the discretion of the sommelier
Appetizer: Eggplant millefeuille with basil emulsion
Main course: Roasted fish steak, with lemon potatoes and organic e.v.o. oil with black olive pesto and sour tropea onion
or Pork capocollo cooked in Trapani salt caramelized with "Harmonium" with potato and spinach pie
Dessert: Ricotta cannolo with Bronte pistachios
