Your experience begins with an exploration of the upper Mirteto, where selected Myrtus Communis plants are cultivated without phytosanitary treatments. Discover the cultivation philosophy and visit the steam distillation lab used for producing gin and essential oils.
Continue with a tasting of Gin Redivivus Sannai 2024 – 1 cl served neat in a tasting glass, followed by 1 gin & tonic (3 cl gin + neutral tonic). The tasting is paired with oysters, olives, and carasatu bread.
Conclude the experience with an olfactory journey, featuring Sannai's 100% pure essential oils: myrtle, lavender, and mastic, all steam-distilled on-site.

Where we are and how to reach us
Mirto Sannai, Via Sannai 51, 07026 Olbia. It is accessible only by car and is not reachable by public transport. The final part of the road is steep and not suitable for bikes. At the entrance gate on Via Sannai, call via the intercom for access.
