Here is what's in store for you
Discover Tenuta Corte Pavone, a biodynamic winery in Montalcino, on a guided walking tour through its scenic vineyards. Learn about the estate’s winemaking philosophy and sustainable practices while taking in views of the surrounding Tuscan hills. This is the perfect opportunity to explore the world of Tuscan wine and ask any questions along the way.
After the walk through the vineyards, the tour continues to the grape processing area and the historic cross-vaulted cellar. Guests will learn about the steps involved in grape and wine production, and how different aging vessels—such as wooden barrels or amphoras – impact the final result.
The experience concludes with a seated tasting in the tasting room or on the panoramic terrace. Guests will be served 6 wines divided into 3 thematic flights. Each flight is introduced briefly, followed by independent tasting.
