At the conclusion of the tour, our oil sommelier will expertly guide you through a tasting of our oils, unveiling their sensory properties, tasting techniques, and food pairing recommendations. This experience will leave you with a 100ml bottle of oil to take home as a cherished memento.
The journey through the enchanting land of Puglia concludes with a delectable buffet lunch, where you can relish the authentic flavors of the region with local and seasonal specialties, such as for example stracciatella, local cheeses and cold cuts, focaccia, Altamura bread with oil, a seasonal first or second course, and some cookies or desserts. We compose our menu according to seasonal products to ensure authenticity and km0 products.
