Origins Tour and Wine Tasting at Tenuta La Piccola

This philosophy is reflected in every aspect of Tenuta La Piccola — from the care of the vineyards to the elegance of its wines and the hospitality guests experience in the cellar. The visit begins with a guided walk through the vineyards, including the fascinating experimental circular Caucasian vineyard, continues with a visit to the ageing rooms, and ends in the tasting room for a guided wine tasting.

From the union of ancient Etruscan viticulture, once rooted in this territory but almost destroyed by the great frost of 1709, and the mountain vines with a stronger DNA, today’s Lambrusco varieties and Malvasia Aromatica di Candia were born – both still cultivated with passion at Tenuta La Piccola.
