At Evì Enoteca Veneta, wine is not just poured. It is explained, compared, and paired with carefully crafted mini plates inspired by regional tradition. You will taste four selected wines from small Veneto producers, each paired with a gourmet mini portion designed to enhance structure, acidity, and aroma. This is not a simple tasting. It is a journey through territory, technique, and identity.
Taste 4 glasses of premium Veneto wines, such as Metodo Classico Durello, Soave or Garganega from volcanic soils, Valpolicella or Cabernet dei Colli Berici, and a special reserve selection. Pair the wines with the gourmet mini courses, including:
- Rocher of whipped salt cod (Baccalà mantecato)
- Mini portion of Bigoli with duck ragù
- Hand-cut beef tartare or seasonal fish tartare
- Aged Veneto cheese with artisanal mostarda.
