This experience will introduce you to the two main methods of sparkling wine production: Metodo Classico and Metodo Charmat. During the guided tour of Corte Fornello’s winery, you’ll explore each step of the production process and learn the key differences between these two refined winemaking techniques.
Following the tour, you’ll enjoy a curated tasting featuring two Metodo Classico wines and one Metodo Charmat wine, thoughtfully paired with a gourmet platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Each sip offers a unique sensory experience, designed to highlight the elegance and complexity of the sparkling wines crafted at Corte Fornello.

Corte Fornello – Località Fornello, 6, 37067 Valeggio sul Mincio (VR). Upon arrival at Fornello, look for a small Madonna statue on a yellow wall, and turn right to enter the winery. Parking is near the vineyards at the end of the property. The owner will greet you upon arrival.
