I Vigneri welcomes you to the heart of Etna to discover a premium selection of their ‘Human Wines’: wines made with respect for Humankind and the Environment.
Upon your arrival at I Vigneri winery, you will be welcomed by a member of the Foti family: father Salvo and sons Simone and Andrea run this beautiful small reality.
Your experience will start with a walk along the vineyards of I Vigneri, where you will be told about the peculiarities of the vines growing on the slopes of Mount Etna and their particular terroir. You will then visit the ancient Palmento of the winery, a typical structure used traditionally to process the grapes which in this case dates back to 1840. Finally, you will visit the winery and cellar.
Your visit will end with a superior tasting of five wines produced by I Vigneri: Aurora Bianco (white), VignadiMilo Bianco (white), Vinudilice Rosato (rosé), IVigneri Rosso (red) and Vinupetra Rosso (red).
