Here is what's in store for you

Upon arrival at the Rabino Luigi farm, you will be welcomed into a scenic forecourt, where a brief explanation of the winery philosophy introduces the tour.

After a walk through the vineyards, accompanied by a detailed explanation of the characteristics of the soil and climate, the tour continues with the farm. Passing through the courtyard you will be led into the barn, which is divided into two levels. The upper part is dedicated to fattening, while below, in the nursery, graze the 50 brood cows in the wild with their calves. Rabino Luigi's herd now counts 220 heads and actively contributes to the self-production system with the km 0 supply of fertilizer for the vineyard.

Once illustrated the breeding process, you will move to the winemaking rooms. This area is also developed on several floors: in the courtyard, in front of the barn, the newest part is used for the machinery and bottling system; this is where the wine is born and finished.
After an explanation of the various machines, you will be taken to the historic cellar, built in the late 1700s, which still presents itself in its original appearance. Inside the cellar, the great importance given to the ancestors' teachings becomes evident: barrels of different sizes and nature alternate, some new, others recovered and brought to new life. After showing you the charm of this space stopped in time by giving you the chance to browse among the hidden labels, you'll make one last stop before continuing with the tasting: a small crutin (a small cellar dug into the tuff), recently exhumed, where the signs of the pickaxes that dug the tuff are still visible.

Once the visit is over, it will be time for the wine tasting: the tasting includes 4 glasses of wine of your choice, paired with the farm's own cured meats, hazelnuts, and preserves. Along with these delicacies you will also be served a cheese platter, the only products you'll taste external to the farm, which, however, are sourced from small, high-quality local producers.

Excellent experience! Great winery with amazing wines and very interesting business structure from agriculture to wine making. Everything is such is high quality, from cold meats to marmalade and cream di nocciole( like Nutella but 100 times better). Would recommend to visit and enjoy it. Hope to see Rubino’s wines on Americans market one day. Thank you so much, was a great pleasure meeting you!
Excellent english speaking guide.
