This tasting at Cantina Pelassa is a vertical journey into the soul of one of Piedmont's most fascinating and under-celebrated wine regions, told through wines that express every nuance—from the mineral lightness of the whites to the austere structure of the Nebbiolo.

Roero is a land of contrasts: ancient sands, rugged hills, and vineyards overlooking the Rocche. It is here that Arneis expresses its floral freshness, Barbera gains depth, and Nebbiolo reveals a complexity all its own, different and in some ways more intimate than that of the Langhe. A unique terroir, yet to be discovered.

The tasting is accompanied by a selection of artisanal Piedmontese cured meats and at least two local cheeses, pairings that complete the story and bring the same authenticity to the table found in the glasses.
