Here is what's in store for you

Discover the heart of Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG with an immersive experience signed Cal Monda, among nature, tradition and authentic flavors. Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome greeting and a brief introduction to the territory, cradle of an enological excellence recognized throughout the world. This will be followed by a guided tour of the vineyards, along the Biodiversity Trail, where you will have the opportunity to discover the sustainable agronomic practices and cultivation methods adopted to respect and enhance the natural balance of the environment.

Next, you will be taken to our reception room for a tasting of 4 white wines: a glass of Glera Brut Nature Sui Lieviti (0 g/L), an Extra Brut DOCG (0 g/L), a Brut DOCG (8 g/L) and an Extra Dry DOCG (16 g/L). Each glass will be introduced by a brief explanation of the winemaking method, allowing each guest to understand the stylistic and sensory differences between the various expressions of Prosecco Superiore. Accompanying the wines will be a selected sampling of local products: fresh and aged cheeses, coppa, pancetta, sopressa, homemade giardiniera and sweet and sour Treviso radicchio, along with our homemade Prosecco breadsticks, baked breaqd with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Prosecco Hills and Prosecco cookies to end on a sweet note.
