This experience at Sandro de Bruno Winery aims at letting you discover the various nuances of the wonderful Soave wine appellation.
The hospitality manager of Sandro de Bruno will welcome you upon your arrival to the winery and give you an introduction to the company and its winemaking philosophy. You will then be given a tour of the different areas of the winery and cellar, where you will learn about the different vinification techniques and aging processes involved in the different Soave labels produced by the winery.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to taste 4 Sandro de Bruno Soave wines:
- Soave DOC - 100% Garganega from Volcanic Soils
- Soave Colli Scaligeri DOC
- Monte San Piero - Soave Superiore DOCG
- Cansignorio - Recioto di Soave DOCG
The tasting will be paired with a selection of savory and sweet local products, such as cold cuts, cheeses and artisanal biscotti.
