Sommelier for an Hour at Viticoltori Pasqualetti in Peccioli

This tour takes you through the world of the small family-run Pasqualetti Viticoltori winery in Peccioli.

You will begin by walking through the vineyard to understand the various stages of processing the vines. You continue by tasting the wines in the winery's wine shop with Laura, the sommelier who will help you discover the aromas, flavors, grape varieties...pairings, and more.

This experience is designed to offer a more thorough and curated tasting in terms of visual and olfactory examination and to better understand the tasting thanks to Laura's guidance. Laura proposes the tasting of three wines: Jris Bianco IGT Toscana, Celso Rosso IGT Toscana, and then Chianti DOCG...all accompanied by bread with their extra virgin olive oil.
