This beer tasting experience at Birra Salento is divided into a multi-stage journey that will allow you to delve into a key aspect of the brewery's history each time.
It starts with the welcome of the house with one of our brewing creatures. After a brief introduction on how the Birra Salento project was born and an in-depth look at the agricultural supply chain, you will enter the brewery: in the ingredients room, you will have the opportunity to touch and perceive the scents of the ingredients that are the basis of their brewing creations. Next, in the production area, you will discover the stages that led to the birth of Birra Salento's beer.
At the end of this journey, you will taste two beers paired with appetizers, and Birra Salento's experts will tell you curious anecdotes about the world of beer!
