Guided by Antonio, the visit begins with a walk through the vineyards of Vini TraMonti, cultivated using biodynamic methods. During the walk, participants will learn about the cultivation techniques and the fascinating history of the winery.
The tasting includes 5 distinctive wines from Vini TraMonti: Cagnulari, Cannonau and Cannonau Rosato, Vermentino, and Moscato Passito, each one expressing the unique character of the Romangia territory. These wines are paired with homemade traditional dishes prepared with zero-kilometer ingredients, many of which come directly from the winery’s own garden.
