Taste the Wines of Favignana at Baglio Soria

This experience at Baglio Sorìa provides a sensorial journey in Sicily's excellence, a tasting itinerary proposed by Firriato to discover their line produced on the island of Favignana, where niche productions are made in an effort to enhance the unique terroir of the island of Favignana.

You'll take part in an exclusive tasting to learn about the only wine production taking place in the Egadi Archipelago. A heroic project, that of Firriato, which after more than a century since its disappearance brings back the cultivation of vines on this small island.

You will have the opportunity to taste three wines made from grapes grown on the five hectares of the splendid Calamoni Estate in Favignana. Favinia la Muciara, a blend of Grillo, Catarratto and Zibibbo, indigenous Sicilian white grapes; Favinia Le Sciabiche, a red wine made from Perricone and Nero d'Avola; and finally Favinia Passulè, a pure Zibibibbo particularly appreciated for its pleasant, never invasive sweetness. The tasting proposal also includes the tasting of another reference belonging to Firriato's Terroirs.
