After a guided tour of the winery and a short walk in the vineyard, you’ll wait for the sun to set while enjoying a glass of wine, soaking in the panoramic views over Alicudi, Filicudi, and Salina, admiring the beauty of nature around you.
The tasting continues with two additional glasses of wine, paired with delicacies from the territory. To end on a sweet note, you'll conclude the experience with a glass of Passito wine and some artisanal biscuits.

Bad weather didn’t spoil the experience
I also want to mention the transfer service because Giovani was so nice, he made a mini bus tour for us and gave us souvenir lava stones on our way back :D

Usually, there are some instructions provided on how to drink wine correctly, e.g. smell, twist in a glass, taste, etc. It’s always interesting to listen those things and I’d love to hear them from real wine experts (Italians) :)
