Discover the passion and secrets behind the making of Giovanna Tantini's most iconic wines with this tour.
This unique experience begins with a walk through the vineyards that stretch between the towns of Castelnuovo del Garda and Sona, in the province of Verona, on the moraine hills overlooking Lake Garda. Along the walk, you will learn about the history and evolution of Giovanna Tantini and her wines. You will also receive an explanation of the types of grapes that grow in the Lake Garda area, their characteristics, and the meticulous work that is done in the vineyard under Giovanna's management to achieve the best expression of each one, which is then reflected on the bottle.
After the tour of the vineyards, you will take part in a guided tasting of the 4 DOC wines produced by Giovanna and her 2 IGTs dedicated to her children Ettore and Greta. The wines will be accompanied by typical local products, such as cured meats and cheeses from the area.
