Here is what's in store for you
The best way to understand a vineyard is to look at it closely. That is why at Tenuta La Cà we do not use maps or infographics to explain what we do, but we take you straight to the vineyard to talk about life, vineyards, soil, and terroir, and then in the cellar to describe our way of transforming grapes into wine.
Last but not least, we will open the doors of our barrel cellar where we refine our most noble and precious expressions. Here we will talk about fermentation, temperatures, naturalness, woods, and evolution, and then, to conclude the experience, we will taste together 4 different wines paired with local cold cuts and cheese.
