You'll have the possibility to enjoy a guided tour of the Tenuta Santa Croce estate, including the production plants and wine cellar and, weather and availability permitting, also the bottling plant and vineyards.
The tour ends with a wine tasting together with a detailed sensorial analysis of our wines.Either the winemaker himself or his assistant will recount the winery’s history, the characteristics of the wines, production processes and ageing methods. With Emilia Romagna recently voted the food capital of the world by Forbes Magazine, it is important to underline how closely connected the culture, food and wine of the region truly are. The winery wholeheartedly believes in consuming local products which may be more expensive than globalised ones.
