'The Overview' Wine Tasting in the heart of Barolo at Costa di Bussia

Costa di Bussia has a charming history, which is told from the objects and letters collected in their museum. The real quality of a great wine starts in the vineyards, where the winery grows: Chardonnay, Dolcetto, Barbera, and obviously the Nebbiolo variety. Having the opportunity to see the works done, that are behind every single bunch, gives you an idea of the efforts involved in producing a high-quality grape, that is then vinified to intensify the different vintages.

From the vineyard to the bottle, everything it’s done in Costa di Bussia's cellar. Here you'll receive an explanation of the various processes done after the harvesting by hand. You will also visit the barrel rooms, where the wines are aged using different oak wood barrels, with the largest 5000 liters used to age their Barolo wines, underlining the connection with local traditions.

After having visited the vineyards, their  historical museum "Luigi Arnulfo" and the different areas of the winery, you will have the opportunity to taste all the 9 labels produced by Costa di Bussia:

The tasting will be paired with breadsticks and a selection of local cold cuts and cheeses. It’s also possible to continue the relaxation after the tasting by spending the night in one of their rooms.
