Here is what's in store for you

Discover the sweet side of Turin through a guided chocolate tasting experience that blends history, tradition, and flavor. Led by a local guide, the tour begins with an introduction to Turin’s cultural and culinary role in shaping Italian identity. The journey starts in a historical café with a tasting of the original Bicerin, a traditional layered drink from the 1800s, still enjoyed in local cafés today.

As you stroll through the heart of Turin, your guide will highlight key landmarks and hidden gems, offering insights into the city’s legacy and architecture. The tasting continues in a cozy setting with a curated selection of signature local chocolates such as Gianduiotto, Cremino, and seasonal pralines. The story of Gianduja—made by combining finely ground hazelnuts with chocolate—will transport you back to 19th-century Turin, when cocoa was a luxury and innovation was key.

You’ll also taste top-quality dark chocolate crafted from the rarest cocoa varieties, representing only 10% of global production. All chocolates are 100% organic, made from “bean to bar” by expert chocolatiers.

To complement the tasting, enjoy a glass of Barolo Chinato, a fortified and aromatized wine from Piedmont known for its spiced, herbal notes – an ideal match for chocolate. Throughout the tour, your guide will share fascinating stories, cultural insights, and even recipes tied to the tastings.

This experience is perfect for couples, families with kids, or groups of friends eager to explore Turin in a fun, flavorful, and memorable way.
