Upon arrival, you will receive your adventurer’s kit and quest log before setting off on two wheels to explore our stunning 70-hectare estate. The “Empreinte du Temps” trail unfolds across vineyards, historical landmarks, and scenic paths, allowing you to cover more ground with ease while fully immersing yourself in the estate’s rich heritage. From Gallo-Roman ruins to our 11th-century Romanesque chapel, you’ll solve riddles, uncover hidden clues, and interact with the history and natural energy of the land — all at your own pace, but with a sense of freedom that only cycling can provide.
This bike experience combines adventure, nature, and discovery, offering a fun and active way to connect with our terroir while enjoying the panoramic beauty of Provence.
After completing your quest, you will return to the cellar for a guided tasting of 6 estate wines, including our signature rosés and expressive reds, showcasing the authentic character of this historic Provençal region.

Where we are and how to reach us
Domaine La Gayolle, Route de la Roquebrussanne, 83170 La Celle, France.
Good to know: Do you have your own bike or prefer to walk? Choose the classic version of the experience.
Visual Landmarks: The entrance is marked by a large "Totem" sign on the side of the Route de la Roquebrussanne. Once you turn at the totem, follow the private drive straight for several hundred meters through the vineyards. You will arrive at a large parking area located right under our three majestic, century-old plane trees, which stand in front of the tasting cellar.
Parking: Extensive and easy free parking is available directly under the shade of the plane trees.
Transport Recommendation: Access by private car or taxi is essential, as the estate is set back from the main road for total tranquility. We are located 10 minutes from Brignoles.

This experience is reserved for participants over 13 years of age.
During the hot summer months, we strongly recommend a morning departure to enjoy the trail in the best conditions.You are welcome to bring your own picnic! Shaded spots in the clearing or by the Caramy River are perfect for a refreshing break.
For the bike ride, participants must be at least 1.45m tall (approx. 4'9").
To ensure the safety and comfort of children, who are our priority for this activity, pets are not allowed.
Frequently Asked Questions
The Caramy River: If the weather is warm, don't forget your swimsuit and a towel! You might want to dip your feet or take a refreshing break by the Caramy River during your journey.
Hydration: To help us preserve the environment, please bring an empty reusable water bottle (flask). You can fill it with fresh water at our ancient fountain before starting the trail.
