Start at Shinjuku Station and journey to Sawai, where a serene 40-minute walk takes you to a charming riverside temple. At the brewery, you'll embark on a guided tour that reveals the intricate process behind nihonshu production and offers tastings of four distinct sake types.
Following the tour, savor a gourmet vegetarian tofu lunch crafted from premium local ingredients while enjoying the scenic Tama River.
Post-lunch, delight in additional sake samples and browse the brewery's gift shop. Conclude your visit with a relaxing drink in the garden, choosing from snacks like onigiri, udon, fish cakes, or tofu.

Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID to access the experience. Meet your guide near the information desk at the south exit of JR Shinjuku Station. Your guide will be holding a red fan.
