Here is what you will live

This tour at Tenute Olbios begins with a guided visit to the Barrique Cellar with an explanation of the production processes behind the making of classic method sparkling wine with aging on lees. 

At the end of the visit, you will taste a glass of Bisso Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Classic Method sparkling wine directly in the barrique cellar, in the spaces dedicated to the bottles resting on pupitres.

We did the 3-glass tasting with light refreshments and it didn't disappoint. The tasting room itself is gorgeous and the gentleman guiding our tasting was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a white, rose, and red which were all great. The refreshment was a beautiful board with assorted meats, cheeses, fruit, bread, and their signature wine infused syrup. It was a generous serving and held us over until dinner. The location is close to the airport but it's in an open area with stunning views from the tasting room.

La tenuta sia all’esterno sia all’interno è davvero stupenda! Poi i muri in granito integrati all’arredamento sono un tocco raffinato che non vedi da nessuna parte se non qui in Sardegna!
Il ragazzo che ci ha fatto la degustazione è stato veramente bravo con la spiegazione dei vini e della tenuta, poi avendo portato i miei due chihuahua ci ha lasciato fare la degustazione sul terrazzo all’aperto, quindi c’era una stupenda vista sull’intero vigneto. E ovviamente non si poteva non acquistare i vini che ci ha fatto degustare!!
