This tour at Tenute Olbios begins with a guided visit to the Barrique Cellar with an explanation of the production processes behind the making of classic method sparkling wine with aging on lees.
At the end of the visit, you will taste a glass of Bisso Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Classic Method sparkling wine directly in the barrique cellar, in the spaces dedicated to the bottles resting on pupitres.
Small cheese tasting displayed by maturation. Seasonal fresh fruit, honey or fruit jam, and traditional Sardinian bread.
