From Rock to Silk Experience at Tenute Olbios
Here is what's in store for you
Step into the heart of Tenute Ólbios and discover where Sardinia’s granite soul meets the art of winemaking. This experience begins with a guided tour of the barrel cellar, where you’ll learn about the craftsmanship behind our Classic Method sparkling wine — patiently aged on the lees.
The tour concludes with a tasting, you’ll savour a glass of Bisso, our Vermentino di Gallura DOCG Classic Method sparkling wine. A selection of locally aged cheeses, fresh seasonal fruit, honey or fruit preserves, and traditional Sardinian bread will accompany your glass.
A dedicated food-only option is available for children and teenagers, featuring the same selection of local delicacies — with water, without wine. A complimentary guided tour of the winery is included. Soft drinks available to order à la carte.
