The tasting features three emblematic wines:
Minutolo: Fresh and aromatic, reminiscent of the breeze that sweeps through Valle d’Itria.
Rosamora: A delicate and elegant rosé made from Malvasia Nera, evoking the softness of summer memories.
Passo del Cardinale: A powerful and expressive Primitivo di Manduria, symbol of the region's identity.
The experience ends with an authentic Apulian aperitivo featuring local delicacies such as pizzi salentini, capocollo di Martina Franca, burratine, and other traditional flavors — best enjoyed outdoors, under the warm southern sky.
