Your experience begins with a guided tour of our winery, where you'll learn about our winemaking process and explore the cellar. Following the tour, you will receive a picnic basket filled with our Merenda Sinoira and be directed to our designated outdoor areas, where you can savor this classic regional meal in total relaxation.

The Merenda Sinoira is a substantial meal, historically enjoyed by farmers before returning to work. It includes a delicious selection of local cold cuts, cheeses, jams, fresh bread, grissini, tomini al verde, butter and anchovy bread, Russian salad, raw meat, bell peppers with bagna cauda, cardoon flan with fondue, and other seasonal delicacies.

This historic tasting experience is served with our wines in real glassware and compostable tableware. To finish, enjoy Mombaruzzo amaretti and fresh fruit.
