Are you curious to visit a place full of history that is still owned by the oldest Florentine family? Under the Tuscan sun in the shade of the Renaissance Bossi Villa, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, you will discover the fascinating history of the Marchesi Gondi family.
Deeply connected to the land, the family has been producing wine since the 1500s. Your experience will begin with a visit to the cellar, hidden under the Villa, that jealously guards wine in wooden barrels. Here you will learn about the different grapes that the Marchesi Gondi family have been producing with great care for centuries. You will have the opportunity to discover the process behind the wine of tradition and touch the history with your hand: the orciaia (the ancient olive oil storage) and the caratelli (small wooden barrels) for Vinsanto.
Finally, in a relaxing environment, you will be guided through a tasting of three Chianti Rufina wines accompanied by a small selection of local cheese and cold cuts, to discover the authentic soul of Tuscan wine.

Subito dopo si passa alla visita delle cantine vere e proprie con una spiegazione dettagliata della produzione di vino e olio e delle varie fasi di conservazione.
Il tutto si conclude con la degustazione vera e propria di tre tipologie di vino e un olio con relativa presentazione dei prodotti. La nostra guida è stata disponibile ed esauriente, capace di far immergere e coinvolgere appieno i visitatori nell'esperienza e pronta a rispondere a tutte le domande e curiosità. I prodotti sono di ottima qualità e si finisce per essere molto indecisi una volta arrivati al momento dell'acquisto (qualora si desideri).
