This experience consists of a tasting of five wines from Côte de Provence or Côte du Rhône, including some prestigious "Cru Classé" selections. The tasting includes two white wines, one rosé, and two red wines, each offering a distinct expression of the region’s terroir.
Alongside the wine tasting, guests enjoy a generous and curated selection of cheeses from across France, featuring specialties such as a warm Brie with honey and herb dressing. Homemade tapenade and eggplant caviar, a variety of fresh fruits, local charcuterie, and fresh bread from the village complete the gourmet experience.
Throughout the tasting, a short lecture on wine and cheese pairing enhances the understanding and appreciation of each flavor combination.
