Located in the flourishing vineyards of the Amerino hills, this family-run winery offers a warm and authentic experience to explore the heart of Umbrian wine culture. Just outside Giove (TR), this immersive journey begins with a guided walk through the estate's vineyards, where you’ll learn about ancient cultivation methods still in use today and the subtle differences between local grape varieties.
You’ll then head into the production cellar to uncover the traditional yet modern techniques of winemaking. Discover the fermentation and aging processes inside the winery’s historic barrel room, where selected wines rest and evolve.
The experience continues in the panoramic tasting room overlooking the vineyards, where you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of estate wines, each reflecting the authenticity and craftsmanship of the land. The wines will be paired with a curated selection of local artisanal products, including cold cuts and cheeses, bruschetta with Rajo extra virgin olive oil, and legume pâtés from the Amerino area.
This experience offers a true taste of Umbrian heritage, in a convivial setting surrounded by nature, wine, and tradition.
